Registration Fee
- Early Bird Registration: $35 per person through October 17th
- Regular Registration: $50 per person beginning October 18th - December 1st

Children
Children are welcome to accompany their parent or guardian; however, please note that children's church, childcare, and children's activities will not be provided during the conference. Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
There are a couple of ways to purchase your conference tickets:
- Purchase individual tickets: Simply select the ticket option and purchase one ticket at a time.
- Purchase multiple tickets: If you're buying more than one ticket, enter the total amount by multiplying the ticket price by the number of tickets you wish to purchase. Please include thier name(s) and email address(s) with your purchase so we can send conference updates and important event information.
- 2 tickets - $70
- 3 tickets - $105
- 4 tickets - 140
- 5 tickets - $175
Optional Free Will Donation
If you would like to help offset the cost of the conference, you are also welcome to make a free will donation of any amount. Your generosity is greatly appreciated!
1. Vendors are responsible for their own setup (table, chairs, canopy, etc.) Each vendor will have an approximately 8x11 space for all setups.
2. All vendors are highly encouraged to have their own correct cash, change, and/or swipe for their sales.
3. Vendors are responsible for the safety of their team members, set up, and clean up of their booth.
4. Refunds are available to vendors that are denied.
5. Refunds will not be given to vendors that do not show up on the day of the event.

For those traveling to the conference or who would like to stay nearby, we have reserved a room block at a discounted group rate for conference attendees.
We encourage you to book your room early, as the discounted rate is available only while rooms remain available or until the reservation deadline.
